The production line for separation and utilization of defective sanitary products (diapers) is mainly aimed at the defective diapers produced during the production process or the discarded diapers after use, which are effectively disassembled and separated, and valuable components such as wood pulp, super absorbent resin (SAP) and plastic are extracted to achieve resource recycling and reuse.
Products and uses after separation:
Plastic skin is used for paper-plastic separation and deep processing of plastic particles.
Recycled wood pulp can be reused in the papermaking industry to produce toilet paper, packaging paper, etc. It can also be used as raw materials for absorbent materials.
Super absorbent resin (SAP): SAP can be reused in the sanitary products industry after recycling, or used as water-retaining materials in the agricultural field, etc.
