Coated paper is an indispensable material for contemporary industry, which is widely used in various industries. Its output is far greater than the recycling input, and the existing traditional pulping recycling mode has high energy consumption and poor effect. Recycling is mainly divided into three stages:

Phase I: material crushing

Only large or discoid materials need to be broken.

The second stage: paper plastic separation

As the main core unit, the impermeability of coated paper is the fundamental reason that affects the separation effect and output. The separated pulp is used in the papermaking industry, and the plastic film is hot-melt granulated.

The third stage: hot melt molding

The hot melt extrusion molding machine is used to produce and process plastic granules, which is convenient for transportation and realizes better utilization value.
