1 Product Introduction:
Heavy metals in wastewater mostly exist in the form of ions and cannot be treated by physical methods, so chemical methods are usually used for treatment. The principle is: add sulfides such as sodium sulfide or hydrogen sulfide to the wastewater to react with heavy metal ions and form insoluble metal sulfide precipitation. This method is called sulfide precipitation. Heavy metal ions have a strong affinity with sulfide ions and can generate sulfides with high volume, so using sulfides to remove soluble heavy metal ions in wastewater is an effective treatment method.
Because the particle size of heavy metal sulfides is fine and most of them are suspended in wastewater, in order to achieve a better removal effect, on the one hand, the added treatment reagent sodium sulfide must be excessive in a certain proportion, and on the other hand, the standing time of the wastewater must be long enough to ensure that the particles of heavy metal sulfides suspended in the wastewater are fine and all precipitated. In this way, it is necessary to increase the amount of sodium sulfide used, increase the sedimentation equipment, and increase the space of the plant. Therefore, it is very necessary to use auxiliary equipment to reduce the content of heavy metal ions in wastewater, reduce the amount of treatment reagents added, shorten the static sedimentation time, and reduce the capital investment in sedimentation equipment and plant.


2 Principle introduction:
