2 Working principle

Pulp dewatering machine uses centrifugal force to achieve dehydration. The pulp is fed into the high-speed rotating drum. Under the action of centrifugal force, the water is thrown to the drum wall and discharged through the small holes on the drum wall, while the solid pulp particles are gathered inside the drum under the action of centrifugal force, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation. The dehydration efficiency is high and can handle a large amount of pulp. It has strong adaptability to pulp of different concentrations, and the separated liquid and solid are relatively pure.

1. Pulping workshop of paper mill
